Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping is done by our logistics partners & the responsibility lies with the logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of the products.
  2. Shipping is free for the time period from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2025.
  3. ⁠Any damages during shipping the product, the cost will be borne by the shipping partner & customers will get a refund for the same.
  4. Currently we do not do international shipping.
  5. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. In case of holidays or peak volumes this timeline will get impacted.
  6. For Domestic Orders- products will be delivered within 2-10 days. For International Orders- products will take from 5-20 days depending on the country.
  7. Once the promotion of Free Shipping gets over, the standard rates apply & will be updated on the website.
