Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Eternz, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please review the following policy carefully to understand the terms governing returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Returns

Most products on Eternz are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. In select cases, this period may extend up to 30 days, depending on the brand and product type. The applicable return window is clearly specified on the respective product detail page. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all original tags intact.

Refunds

For returned products, the refund process will begin only after the item is received by us and successfully passes the quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags intact, as refunds will not be initiated otherwise.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for gift wrap charges. These amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • "Made to Order" products are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged as per the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges on eligible products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within the applicable return period as indicated on the product page.
  • Exchanges are permitted only once per product and are subject to availability.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged to inspect the returned product. Upon successful verification, the replacement or exchanged product will be dispatched.
  • For “Made to Order” items, exchanges are allowed only for a product of equal or higher value. Please refer to the product page for detailed terms.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our standard refund timelines.

Incase the consignment has been dispatched: We will deliver the product back to our warehouse & initiate the refund. Incase the consignment has not been dispatched: The refund will happen post-order & customer verification. The company reserves the right to charge payment gateway surcharge (of up to 5%) while initiating refunds; In case the company suspects bulk order or any payment-related fraud, the company may ask the payee for further KYC details. In such cases, the company reserves the right to process payment in a 30-business-day timeline & report to the relevant authorities.
