Return Policy

As of now we do not accept returns. In case the product is found to be damaged during delivery, mail us within 24 hours of delivery at eternz.help@gmail.com stating the issue. We will take the necessary steps to solve the issue. Refunds are subject to the issue raised as mentioned above. 

Cancellation policy: The customer cannot cancel once the order is placed. Only after receiving the order, if there is any issue with the product, we will process cancellation based on request as mentioned above.
