As of now we do not take returns unless mentioned. If returns are taken (subject to the issue raised to eternz.com and if eternz.com agrees to refund), then you are entitled to full refund of the product price you have paid at eternz.com. The duration taken to process will be intimated to the customer at the time of raising a query for return/refund. Refund will be processed within 7-14 days through online/offline mode.
